Progress entries
2026-07-24 — implementation + PR
- All 10 tasks in tasks.md delivered in one commit (config surface only; slack delivery remains issue-1 task 21).
- Gates:
make checkfully green — ruff, markdownlint (193 files), ruff format, pyright,validate_config.py(6× VALID across 3 schemas), pytest 257 passed (includes the new scenarios-fallback test). Cross-file$refprobed both ways (valid entry accepted,roles-less entry rejected). - PR #83 opened against main (GitHub returned 500 on PR creation eight times over ~5 minutes before succeeding; branch push and all other API calls were unaffected).
2026-07-24 — process conflict: spec authored retroactively
- Conflict: the implementation bypassed the Kiro 3-phase spec — no
docs/specs/issue-82/existed when PR #83 opened, despite this change touchingsensitivePaths(**/*schema*⇒ high tier ⇒ full spec required). This is the exact gap issue #73 flagged (the loop's own rules skipped when building the loop). - Surfaced by: @MadaraUchiha-314 on PR #83 ("Why am I not seeing requirements.md, design.md and other files for this?").
- Resolution: spec set authored retroactively in the same PR, each artifact carrying an explicit provenance note rather than pretending phase order was followed. Requirements/design content transcribes the paper trail that DID happen in the open (issue #82 body, the owner's principles comment, the two design comments, decision-035) — the artifacts were late, not the decisions.
- Next: drive PR #83 review to merge; on merge, advance issue #82's phase label to
loop:completeand flipstatus: completehere.
