issue-230 — verification evidence

Runs executed 2026-08-15 in the implementation session, at the head of the claude/github-issue-230-lmqbsb branch. Commands per ../testing-plan.md.

UI suite (T1, T2, T3, T5, T12)

New coverage in the run: 7 transcriptThread cases and 2 sessionTree cases in src/api/model.test.ts; 7 renderer/chat-bar cases in src/components/Transcript.test.tsx (collapsed-by-default disclosure, paired error results, orphan/thinking/bookkeeping rows all visible, markup-bearing tool text rendered as text with no element created, send-and-clear, and the three disabled-with-reason states).

Python suite (T4, T5, T11)

The 13 include the 4 new PR-endpoint scenarios: delivery into the PR endpoint's pane, closed-endpoint fallback to the record's session, paused record still 400, unknown ref still 404. The whole-suite run includes the OpenAPI parity test (T7's shapes) green.

Captured against the bundled demo fixture (vite preview + Chromium, 1360×900; no service, no network):

• sessions-sidebar-tree.png — the Sessions screen: every work item in the sidebar, the ad-hoc item (loop-lab#223, pdlc-adhoc-loop) treeless, the no-session fallback stream and the chat bar disabled with its reason.
• sessions-inner-loop.png — an inner loop selected (loop-lab#216 · pdlc-pr-loop under loop-lab#214's two-level tree): summary/bookkeeping row, orphan tool result, collapsed thinking, collapsed tool calls with per-tool summaries and an error tag, the malformed line, and the chat bar addressing the PR's session.
• stream-expanded-tool-call.png — the failing Bash call expanded: full input JSON and the paired error result.
• detail-trace-chat-bar.png — the work-item detail page's trace panel on the same renderer, chat bar beneath it bound to the selected trace tab.
