Critic review: show the configured remote agents to the model

The critic-review node's proof. Policy (the-loop critic policy): criticReviewCount: 1, stop on no new findings, escalate on a repeated finding. Critic: codex (harness codex, model gpt-6.1-sol), run locally with the-loop critic run codex --prompt-file … --work-item issue-34.

Review cycles

RoundReviewerOutcomeFindings → dispositionLink
1 (attempt 1)[codex/gpt-6.1-sol]unavailable: timed out at the critic's 900 s limit, no outputnone. Does not count as a round—
1 (attempt 2, --timeout 1800)[codex/gpt-6.1-sol]new findings (86 s)C1: an operator-configured id = "" let spawn_subtask(agent="") through, and the workflow ran it locally → will-fix, fixed in 71c1545. C2: deduplication merged truncation records of different skills, so R4.2's one warning per truncated field was lost → will-fix, fixed in 433f694 (fields named skills[i].name / skills[i].description)comment

The cap is one round, so the loop stops here. Neither finding repeats a self-review finding (F1, F2). Both fixes are red→green.

Critic on R5–R7 (after PR review)

RoundCriticOutcomeFindings → disposition
2 (attempt 1, --timeout 1800)[codex/gpt-6.1-sol]unavailable: no output at the 1,800 s limit, 0 tokensnone. Does not count as a round
2 (attempt 2, --timeout 2400, scope narrowed to executor.py, activities.py, workflows.py, models.py)[codex/gpt-6.1-sol]unavailable: no output at the 2,400 s limit, 0 tokensnone. Does not count as a round

Both attempts used no tokens: the critic did not start, so neither is a review that ran long. The critic round on R5–R7 is therefore missing. The self-review (round 3) and the security review (round 2) covered the same diff. This is reported on PR #35, where the reviewer can ask for another attempt once the critic is reachable.
